This combination makes the job especially attractive.” Wright sees major potential for all business units especially in the field of RFID: “The market is clearly developing away from simple labels to data-based value-adding solutions. RFID, digitalization, and smart data are decisive growth drivers for our target markets.

CEO Roland Schreiner emphasizes the importance of the replacement for the further development of the company: “In Mark Wright we’re gaining a CFO with strong international experience and a strategic view. He’s going to provide important impetus to controlling the business and further growth of Schreiner Group.
Strong Foundation Laid by Competent Predecessor
Mark Wright (right) can build on a strong foundation that his predecessor has laid. Karl Tschacha has decisively subjected Schreiner Group’s commercial structures to further development for many years and successfully supported the company’s international growth. “With high professional expertise, foresight, and great personal commitment, Karl Tschacha has made a major contribution to Schreiner Group’s success,” says Roland Schreiner, Schreiner Group’s CEO. “We expressly thank him for his long-standing commitment and achievements.” Tschacha switched to the role of a Senior Management Consultant in 2026 will assist his successor, senior management, the advisory council, and the shareholders’ meeting with his expertise as a consultant.
