Paintable and Removable
To ensure smooth production operations, components in industrial settings always need to be clearly marked. They frequently pass through a painting or washing process. Our specialty paint-mask labels ensure that the inscription remains readable and undamaged. With the help of a tab the protective overlaminate can easily be removed after the painting process.
Innovative and Compact
Plastic component housings are typically closed with injection-molded covers. The Film-Based Cover (FBC) we have developed provides an alternative: In the case of the FBC, a polyester film is precisely applied and reliably connected to the housing by means of laser welding. The benefits: low installed height, extreme resilience, and the option to directly integrate various value-adding functions such as pressure compensation seals.
Scratch-Proof and Emission-Free
Impacts, flying sparks, temperature fluctuations—not only tools and machines but also their markings are exposed to such stress factors day in day out. To preserve high-grade nameplates throughout their service life, it is important for them to be particularly durable such as our Color Laser Film (CLF). The laser marking is performed in an emission-free and contactless process below a transparent protective overlaminate, which ensures special scratch resistance and resilience.

Whether lock-and-key applications involving interactions between machines and consumables or industrial applications on metal or ESD containers: Our labels that have been modified to meet these challenges ensure RFID functionality. The benefits: higher process reliability and enhanced transparency. In addition, component markings using our RFID labels enable end-to-end data acquisition across the entire supply chain.
Tight and Equalizing
To ensure perfect performance of control units, for instance in PV modules, overpressure and vacuum inside the housing must be equalized. That is what our pressure compensation seals (PCS) do. They consist of a watertight and dustproof yet air-permeable membrane enabling an exchange of air while protecting the sensitive electronics against moisture and dirt.

Therefore, proper protection is particularly important: our permanently or temporarily adhesive and non-residually removable films for covering component holes prevent contaminations, for example.
